【摘要】针对传统常压储罐管理方法造成的风险识别不足 、检修过度和不足 、检修方法不当等问题,参考API 581—2008《Risk-Based Inspection Technology》,基于风险的检验准则,研究开发出基于风险分析的常压储罐完整性管理方法.该方法可以预测储罐使用过程中的风险变化和发展趋势,通过采取针对性的防范措施,使储罐风险处于可控状态.通过不同类型储罐的现场应用,验证了该套管理方法具有较好的推广应用价值.
[Abstract] in view of the problems of lack of risk identification, overoverhaul and inadequacy and improper maintenance methods caused by the traditional normal pressure storage tank management method, API 581 - 2008 "Risk-Based Inspection Technology", based on the risk testing criterion, the integrity management method of atmospheric storage tank based on risk analysis is developed. The risk change and development trend of storage tank can be predicted and the risk of storage tank can be controlled by taking preventive measures. Through the field application of different types of storage tanks, it is proved that the set of management method has good popularization and application value.
